Training Terms and Conditions

All bookings made are subject to Exprodat's standard terms and conditions for training. In addition we would like to draw your attention to the following:

Summary terms and conditions - public training

1. Course Fees are exclusive of any applicable sales or value added tax (VAT).
2. Customer may cancel registration, at no charge, for any course by providing Exprodat with a minimum of 1 calendar months’ written notice. If notice for such cancellation is less than 1 calendar month but more than 10 business days, 50% of the course fee will be charged, while if Client notice for such cancellation is less than 10 business days, the full course fee will be charged.
3. Exprodat reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time for any reason.

Please note that class schedules and availability are normally confirmed approximately fifteen business days before the scheduled start date.
